Ava and her best friend, our next door neighbors' son, Cayden, have been so desperate to play together in the mornings that they have resorted to playing through the fence. It is hilarious. Amanda and I usually get them together in the afternoons to play out front. But in the mornings, we are both busy with our chores and send the kids out into their own back yards to play. They end up passing things to each other through a small hole in the fence for hours. The other day I saw Ava run out with a granola bar and pass it to Cayden. Then later she came to me with a yogurt smoothie needing help to get it open. Apparently Cayden threw it over the fence for her. This weekend, we are going BIG LOVE and having our husbands install a gate between our yards :))

Great update Danielle! What a cool idea about the gate between your yards, tht really is big love! Isn't it cool that you have your best Texas friends right next door? The bond between Ava and Cayton is precious. And again, love all the new photos. That one of Emma at handprint wall is the best one yet showing that she is really looking like you!
